Angst - When the pressures of life reign supreme

sometimes i just wonder

Why when your upset and just want to vent it seems like ppl bring up their problems. I mean sure i love to help ppl but sometimes I hurt too. Why do i have to be strong for everyone else when im breakin to pieces inside?

I have learned that I can't be strong for everyone else..I tried...and sometimes I make em listen to ME for a change..Well anyway..its a wonderful thing to give freely...I have also tried to do that too..but no longer is it solely for everyone else..I still want to listen, I still want to give compassion freely...but it can't be all me..that does these things. (((OGR)))) of course you hurt..we all do..and you aren't afraid to say so. but it does seem to me that the general masses these days are pretty self obsorbed. You can't expect compassion from a society that is too busy loving themselves..that both those who claim to be christian as well as those who don't....*S*...
