Nitpick - Those tiny little nits that get under your skin

Acronym misuse...

Little things that get under my skin are when people say redundant things like "ER Room", "ATM Machine", "VOM Meter", and so on. In my head they are saying "Emergency Room Room", "Automated Teller Machine Machine", and "Volt / Ohm Meter Meter".

They work for the dealership, they should KNOW the acronym stands for Vehicle Identification Number!!!
