Vent - Let out your frustration

Leaders in the church.

of course anyone who knows me already knows how I feel about self-righteous leaders..Just because "they" think they are right doesn't mean I think so. *S*.. The onus is really on them if they want to be leaders to do their best to be humble and believe it or not I don't expecet them to be perfect. I've seen leaders who felt they were called to leadership but acted pretty dutifully..so if they don't want to really lead then that's part of the problem..they just felt "called"..maybe.....and maybe not...I think a good leader just gives freely of what they have to freely give ..whether service, knowledge or compassion..but above let's not any of us be something we are not or pretend to be something we can't be...*S*...

I have a heart for Youth Ministry. What will get me PO'd faster and more than anything is when a fresh-out-of-seminary pastor will take on the Youth Pastor position at a church as a springboard to senior pastorate position; leaving a hurt and group of young people emontionally and spiritually scarred, possibly for the rest of their lives, in their wake.
