Vent - Let out your frustration

Rude customers

Customers that call in to customer service should be civil. I realize most of thetime they call in, they are upset about something. However, more than likely that person is not the cause of the problem. Cussing and belittling that person who is trying to help is not necessary and should not be allowed.

Thank goodness I can hang up on them with permission.
